He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017. Since then, Firkser played for the Tennessee Titans (2018–2021), Atlanta Falcons (2022), Detroit Lions (2023) and New York Jets (2024), returned to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2024 and returned to the Detroit Lions in 2025.
