depth TE for deep leagues only
TE84 through Week 4 · 0.5 PPG
Preseason Projection vs. Reality
He finished TE68 last season at 1.8 points per game.
Our Take After Week 4
Through 3 games he's TE84 at 0.5 PPR points per game, against 1.8 over 16 games last season (TE68). He's running behind last season's pace.
Last season he ranked 67th of 81 in route participation (19.8%), 65th of 82 in target share (3.0%) and 45th of 82 in efficiency (1.15 yards per route run). Route participation is the soft spot. Jayden Daniels is his quarterback.
He's TE3 on the depth chart, so his value depends on the players ahead of him.
The next favorable matchup is the Colts in Week 4 (7th against TEs).
Read our preseason outlook (June 2026)
Published June 17, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.
Sinnott's 2025 tape is quietly efficient: across nine games he posted a 0.249 EPA per play and a 61.5% success rate, catching 11 of 13 targets (84.6%) for 114 yards and a score with zero drops. His 1.15 yards per route run and 5.73 yards after the catch per reception show real ability whenever Washington bothers to use him. The problem is volume: a 36.1% snap share, a 19.8% route rate, and just a 3% target share leave him generating fewer than two looks a game.
Until the depth chart cracks open, that production cap holds. He saw only one red-zone and one end-zone target all year, and the projected line of roughly 12 catches, 116 yards, and one or two touchdowns reflects a clear backup role rather than a health issue. The age-23 efficiency is intriguing for dynasty stashes, but in redraft he's a watch-list name who needs a snap jump before he matters.
