Larison enters 2026 as a true long shot. The 24-year-old UC Davis product arrived in New England as an undrafted free agent, and the early practice reports already pin him as the No. 3 back behind Rhamondre Stevenson and rookie TreVeyon Henderson. With two clearly established names ahead of him and Jam Miller fighting for the same reserve snaps, there is no obvious path to meaningful touches.
At 5'11" and 209 pounds, he has the frame to stick as a depth piece or special-teamer, but the fantasy case is essentially nonexistent right now. He carries no ADP, sits rostered in roughly zero percent of leagues, and has no published projection. Treat him strictly as a camp body to monitor; he only matters if injuries thin out the backfield ahead of him.
