Benson lands in Las Vegas as a vertical-speed receiver with no NFL advanced stats on record, slotted as the No. 2 on the right side behind Tre Tucker. The pecking order ahead of him is steep: Jack Bech, Dont'e Thornton and slot man Jalen Nailor all compete for outside and underneath snaps, while Kirk Cousins funnels heavy volume to elite tight end Brock Bowers and back Ashton Jeanty in the passing game. That leaves precious few targets for a fourth or fifth option.
His deep speed offers a field-stretching role if he earns playing time, but speed alone rarely translates to fantasy production without target volume, and the depth chart does not project him for any. With nothing to model statistically, Benson is a camp watch and deep-dynasty speculative stash, not a redraft asset. He needs injuries ahead of him and a defined role to matter.
