Should You Start or Roster Kaden Wetjen?

Pittsburgh spent a fourth-round pick on Wetjen, and at 5-9, 193 the 24-year-old Iowa product arrives as a depth flier rather than a rotation lock. He's buried in a crowded receiver room, carries no meaningful ADP, and sits around WR173 in dynasty and WR266 in redraft consensus. The projections tell the same story: roughly 1.6 catches for 19 yards plus a couple of carries, totaling about four fantasy points across a full year. There's nothing here for standard formats.

Where he earns a roster spot is on special teams. Wetjen handled both punt and kickoff duties at Iowa, and that return ability is his fastest path to touches and his real fantasy hook in leagues that award return yardage. The schedule offers a soft early stretch against New England, Cincinnati and Cleveland, but until he climbs ahead of established bodies, he stays a deep-dynasty stash and return-only special.
