Jacksonville spent the 203rd pick on Williams, and the math is unforgiving: he lands in one of the league's deepest receiver groups with no established role, no published projections, and essentially zero roster share anywhere. After three quiet years split between USC and Wisconsin that netted just 35 grabs, the 6-1, 205-pound transfer finally broke out at Stanford in 2025, going for 59 catches, 749 yards and 6 scores. Encouragingly, he accounted for 42.8% of the Cardinal's receiving touchdowns, a sign the red-zone trust was real.

For 2026, treat him as a watch-list name rather than a draft target. He shouldn't be on redraft boards and is a long shot even in rookie pools; the realistic path is a late-summer dynasty stash if camp reps and a practice-squad opening break his way. The easy receiver schedule helps the offense, not his usage. File the talent away and revisit only if the depth chart thins.
