Our Take After Week 4

Through 3 games he's TE55 at 1.8 PPR points per game, against 3.7 over 16 games last season (TE46). He's running behind last season's pace.

Last season he ranked 41st of 81 in route participation (40.7%), 50th of 82 in target share (5.2%) and 39th of 82 in efficiency (1.23 yards per route run). Target share is the soft spot. Cam Ward is his quarterback.

He's TE2 on the depth chart, so his value depends on the players ahead of him.

The next favorable matchups are the Colts in Week 6 (7th against TEs) and the Browns in Week 7 (10th against TEs).

Published June 17, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.

Bellinger's 2025 with the Giants flashed quiet efficiency without anything resembling fantasy volume. On just 26 targets across 13 games he posted a 0.869 EPA per play, a 73.1% success rate and 1.23 yards per route run, catching 19 balls for 286 yards and two scores. The problem is everything underneath that: a 40.7% route share, a 5.2% target share and a 0.112 target-per-route-run rate cap his ceiling regardless of how clean the per-snap math looks. He moves the chains when used, but he simply isn't used enough to matter in lineups.

The move to Tennessee reunites him with Brian Daboll, now the offensive coordinator, which is the one thread worth tracking given their Giants history. Even so, the projected role is blocker-first, with the upside hinging on a target spike that hasn't materialized in three seasons. With an ADP outside pick 360 and TE56-type ranking, he stays a deep-bench dart at best until volume actually shows up.
