Our 2026 Preseason Outlook

Henderson arrives in Seattle as the 199th pick of the 2026 draft, a sixth-rounder out of Kansas, and the math on early playing time is unforgiving. The Seahawks already roster Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp, and Rashid Shaheed as the primary trio, with Jake Bobo and Tory Horton ahead of him for snaps. At 6-1 and 185 pounds, he is a developmental piece, not a Week 1 contributor, and his WR255 expert ranking reflects exactly that.

There is no ADP and effectively no roster share, which tells you everything about his redraft relevance: none. The favorable strength of schedule is noise behind a player who has to climb four or five bodies just to dress on game day. Treat him strictly as a deep dynasty flier, a name to monitor if injuries or attrition open the back of the room, with no expectation of fantasy production in his rookie year.
