Kendre Miller Rest-of-Season Outlook
Efficient depth RB for deep leagues only
RB53 through Week 4 · 6.5 PPG · 2.57 yds after contact/carry
Preseason Projection vs. Reality
He finished RB78 last season at 4.8 points per game.
Our Take After Week 4
Through 2 games he's RB53 at 6.5 PPR points per game, against 4.8 over 7 games last season (RB78). He's running ahead of last season's pace.
Last season he ranked 50th of 95 in rushing volume (6.7 carries per game), 71st of 95 in receiving role (0.7 targets per game) and 12th of 95 in efficiency (2.57 yards after contact per carry). His points come from his efficiency. Receiving role is the soft spot. Tyler Shough is his quarterback.
He's RB2 on the depth chart, so his value depends on the players ahead of him.
The next favorable matchup is the Steelers in Week 7 (10th against RBs).

Published June 17, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.
Miller's three seasons in New Orleans tell the same frustrating story: flashes without volume. He has never topped 47 carries or seven games in a year, and his efficiency has slid from a respectable 3.8 yards per attempt as a rookie to negative EPA territory in both 2024 (-0.127) and 2025 (-0.063). The contact balance is real — seven broken tackles and 2.57 yards after contact per rush in 2025 — but a 24.3% snap share and microscopic 0.9% target rate mean the production never scaled. Across three years he has exactly three rushing touchdowns.
Now he is working back from a torn ACL, and the depth chart is genuinely crowded. Devin Neal holds the early edge for backup work and has earned more passing-down looks, so Miller's standalone value hinges almost entirely on Alvin Kamara's future. If Kamara stays, Miller is undraftable; a vacated role would make him a late-round dart. Projections of roughly 210 rush yards and two scores reflect that uncertainty — monitor camp before committing anything.

His efficiency (2.57 yards after contact per carry, 12th of 95 RBs in 2025) supports that. His receiving role (0.7 targets per game, 71st of 95 RBs in 2025) holds him back. See his live rank in Redraft Command.
What is Kendre Miller's rest-of-season fantasy ranking?
Kendre Miller is the RB53 in PPR points per game through Week 4. That puts him in depth RB territory, waiver-wire material in 10-team PPR leagues.
What is Kendre Miller's projected role going forward?
Kendre Miller is RB2 on the depth chart, so a bigger role needs an injury or a change ahead of him.
What is Kendre Miller's fantasy football upside?
Kendre Miller's upside: his ceiling this season is 9.0 PPR points (Week 1, RB31), his efficiency (2.57 yards after contact per carry, 12th of 95 RBs in 2025) gives him a weekly floor to build on and the Steelers in Week 7 is a top-10 matchup for RBs.
What could hurt Kendre Miller's fantasy value?
Kendre Miller's risks: his receiving role (0.7 targets per game, 71st of 95 RBs in 2025) limits his scoring and the Falcons in Week 4 and the Vikings in Week 5 are tough matchups. See his injury status and history.
