Keon Coleman Rest-of-Season Outlook
depth WR for deep leagues only
WR70 through Week 4 · 6.0 PPG
Preseason Projection vs. Reality
He finished WR60 last season at 7.9 points per game.
Our Take After Week 4
Through 3 games he's WR70 at 6.0 PPR points per game, against 7.9 over 13 games last season (WR60). He's running behind last season's pace.
Last season he ranked 56th of 142 in target volume (12.3% target share), 55th of 142 in downfield role (18.2% air-yards share) and 76th of 142 in efficiency (1.40 yards per route run). Efficiency is the soft spot. Josh Allen is his quarterback.
The main risk is the job itself. He's the listed starter with Joshua Palmer next on the depth chart, and a benching or an injury would take his value to zero overnight.
The next favorable matchup is the Ravens in Week 8 (6th against WRs).

Published June 16, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.
Year two went sideways. Across 12 games Coleman commanded just a 12.3% target share on a 0.205 targets-per-route mark, turning 59 looks into 38 grabs for 404 yards and four scores. His 1.4 yards per route run slipped from 1.84 as a rookie, and the explosive element vanished: after notching five catches of 50-plus yards in 2024, he managed zero last season with a 17.3 air-yards-per-reception drop. The efficiency wasn't all bad (a 59.3% success rate, 0.224 EPA per play), but a 64.4% catch rate and 1.4 WOPR scream complementary role.
Now the runway shrinks further. Buffalo imported a proven veteran to occupy the same intermediate areas Coleman lived in, squeezing an already thin target tree. He's drifting toward pick 228 with WR4/WR5 projections, and nothing in the usage suggests a leap. Treat him as a late-round dart only if the depth chart clears.
