Stone Smartt Rest-of-Season Outlook

The undrafted Old Dominion convert has bounced from quarterback to receiver to tight end, and the production has never followed. His 2025 stint with the Jets was negligible: six games, a 9.9 percent snap share, 60 routes, and nine targets turned into seven catches for 52 yards, no touchdowns, and 5.2 fantasy points. That was a step down from his 2024 high in Los Angeles, when 111 routes and a strong 1.87 yards per route run produced 16 grabs for 208 yards across nine games, still without finding the end zone.

Now in Philadelphia, Smartt sits firmly behind Dallas Goedert's successor situation and any pass-catching tight ends ahead of him, profiling as a blocking-and-special-teams body. He has caught zero career touchdowns in three seasons and has never cleared a 4.4 percent target share. There is no redraft or dynasty case here. He is a waiver-wire afterthought.
