Jahan Dotson Rest-of-Season Outlook
depth WR for deep leagues only
WR109 through Week 4 · 2.7 PPG
Preseason Projection vs. Reality
He finished WR110 last season at 3.0 points per game.
Our Take After Week 4
Through 3 games he's WR109 at 2.7 PPR points per game, against 3.0 over 17 games last season (WR110). The role is producing the same fantasy output two years running.
Last season he ranked 86th of 142 in target volume (7.8% target share), 70th of 142 in downfield role (12.4% air-yards share) and 129th of 142 in efficiency (0.70 yards per route run). Efficiency is the soft spot. Cooper Rush is his quarterback.
The main risk is the job itself. He's the listed starter with Chris Blair next on the depth chart, and a benching or an injury would take his value to zero overnight.
The next favorable matchup is the Ravens in Week 5 (6th against WRs).
Read our preseason outlook (June 2026)
Published June 16, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.
Two years buried behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith left almost nothing on Dotson's profile. In 2025 he ran 376 routes for just 36 targets, a 7.8% share, and 18 catches for 262 yards and a single score. The efficiency was brutal: 0.7 yards per route run, a 33.3% success rate, and minus-0.418 EPA per play, ranking him 104th. He stayed on the field for 15 games but the role never materialized.
The upside lives in 2023, when Washington gave him 83 targets, a 13.8% share, and 49 grabs for 518 yards and four touchdowns. A two-year Atlanta deal reopens that door, but he is one of several bodies brought in to replace Darnell Mooney inside a run-leaning offense. Until he separates from that committee, treat him as a late-round dart and bench depth, not a weekly starter. ADP near WR125 reflects exactly that.
