Our Take After Week 4

Through 3 games he's RB57 at 3.9 PPR points per game, against 4.5 over 12 games last season (RB68). The role is producing the same fantasy output two years running.

Last season he ranked 63rd of 95 in rushing volume (4.2 carries per game), 83rd of 95 in receiving role (0.3 targets per game) and 10th of 95 in efficiency (2.67 yards after contact per carry). His points come from his efficiency. Receiving role is the soft spot. Jalen Hurts is his quarterback.

He's RB2 on the depth chart, so his value depends on the players ahead of him.

The next favorable matchups are the Panthers in Week 6 (1st against RBs) and the Cowboys in Week 7 (8th against RBs).

Read our preseason outlook (June 2026)

Published June 17, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.

Bigsby's 2025 move to Philadelphia tanked his volume but not his efficiency. Behind Saquon Barkley he managed just 63 carries over 15 games on a 12.6 percent snap share, yet ripped off 356 yards at a career-best 5.65 per carry with a 20.63 percent explosive-run rate, 10 broken tackles (one every 6.3 carries) and 2.67 yards after contact. That is a stark drop in opportunity from his 2024 Jacksonville workload, when 168 carries produced 766 yards, seven touchdowns and 122 fantasy points on a 36.1 percent snap share.

The talent is evident; the path is not. Barkley is the unquestioned workhorse, capping Bigsby at roughly 4-5 carries a game with spike potential only if injury strikes. His 50.8 fantasy points ranked 61st, and the near-zero receiving role (four targets) limits PPR appeal. He is one of the league's better handcuffs and a contingency-value stash, but only a desperation flex play while Barkley stays healthy.
