What the scan reads
The scan runs on the server against every league you have connected and collects the players and picks managers have placed on their block. Each one is verified against the roster that holds it today, priced for that league, and grouped with the same player's listings elsewhere.
From a listing to an offer
A listing is only useful if it becomes a trade. Every row opens the Trade Builder with the league, the manager and the player already loaded, so the offer starts from what they said they would move rather than a guess.
