Kendrick Bourne Rest-of-Season Outlook
depth WR for deep leagues only
WR52 through Week 4 · 7.6 PPG
Preseason Projection vs. Reality
He finished WR68 last season at 5.8 points per game.
Our Take After Week 4
Through 3 games he's WR52 at 7.6 PPR points per game, against 5.8 over 16 games last season (WR68). He's running ahead of last season's pace.
Last season he ranked 68th of 142 in target volume (9.6% target share), 66th of 142 in downfield role (13.6% air-yards share) and 54th of 142 in efficiency (1.62 yards per route run). Target volume is the soft spot. Jacoby Brissett is his quarterback.
The main risk is the job itself. He's the listed starter with Devin Duvernay next on the depth chart, and a benching or an injury would take his value to zero overnight.
The next favorable matchups are the Giants in Week 4 (8th against WRs) and the Lions in Week 5 (2nd against WRs).

Published June 16, 2026. Kept for reference; the take above replaces it.
Bourne's 2025 tape was quietly excellent on volume nobody handed him. Across 14 games he turned just 53 targets into 37 grabs for 551 yards at 14.9 per catch, and the efficiency markers pop: a 0.388 EPA per play, a 64.2% success rate, and 1.62 yards per route run. The catch is the workload. A 9.6% target share, 0.155 targets per route, and a 0.24 WOPR are backup-receiver inputs, and the zero touchdowns capped a WR52 finish despite the strong per-rep production.
Arizona doesn't fix the volume problem. Bourne slots third or fourth behind Marvin Harrison Jr., Michael Wilson, and target magnet Trey McBride, projecting as a slot complement rather than a featured piece. The efficiency is real and the hands are dependable, but until injuries clear a path, this is a deep-bench dart and a bye-week patch, not a weekly starter.
