Pass-catching RB3 with flex weeks
RB26 through Week 4 · 10.0 PPG · 2.6 targets/game
Preseason Projection vs. Reality
He finished RB32 last season at 8.4 points per game.
Our Take After Week 4
Through 3 games he's RB26 at 10.0 PPR points per game, against 8.4 over 17 games last season (RB32). He's running ahead of last season's pace.
Last season he ranked 45th of 95 in rushing volume (7.8 carries per game), 29th of 95 in receiving role (2.6 targets per game) and 78th of 95 in efficiency (1.51 yards after contact per carry). His points come from his receiving role. Efficiency is the soft spot. Jayden Daniels is his quarterback.
He's RB2 on the depth chart, so his value depends on the players ahead of him.
The next favorable matchup is the Colts in Week 4 (5th against RBs).

White slid further in 2025: across 17 games his output fell to 103 points and RB35, down from 148.6 (RB25) in 2024 and a workhorse 203.9 (RB4) in 2023. His carry share has cratered as snap rate dropped from 78.4 to 51.1 percent, and the pass-game value that once defined him eroded too, with six receiving scores and 393 yards in 2024 becoming zero TDs and 218 yards on a 0.63 yards-per-route mark. He ran efficiently at 4.33 per carry with a positive 0.054 EPA, but only 1.51 yards after contact flags a back living on his blocking.
Now in Washington, the former third-round Buccaneer (Pick 91, 2022) joins a new backfield where his early-down role is hardly guaranteed and a receiving rebound is the swing factor. His 8.3 percent target share and eight goal-line carries hint at usable PPR volume if he wins the passing-down job, but the trajectory is clearly downward. Treat him as a low-end flex and bench-depth dart, not a weekly starter.
